Our Mission: Self Esteem

Aimee was a little girl who never liked having per picture taken. Every picture she saw of herself didnt bring out her best features or her smile when she looked in the mirror. Aimee grew up taking pictures of people, pictures that made people smile.. Aimee Adams Picture Day was developed to not only capture the colorful expressions and personalities of children, but to also build awareness of the affects of positive self esteem through photographic record. When children grow hearing positive reinforcement, they are more likely to develop high self esteem. Children are learning to make choices daily, both good and bad. Through progressive parenting in offering choices and reinforcement when good choices are made, children grow to be empowered thru their consequences. Our program believes when a child is told how beautiful and handsome they are, they become more self confident and in turn may make better choices. Ready, set, smile is a cause based for profit business offered to select school programs. Aimee Adams believes in children receiving proper developmental instruction AND positive reinforcement thru the permanent modeling available in photographic record. Ready, set, smile is offered as a Fundraising option for Contracted schools as well to reinforce this mission.
